Dr. Kwak is a Board-Certified Prosthodontist, having passed the rigorous American Board of Prosthodontics Certification Examination after 3 years of extensive prosthodontic training beyond dental school. As one of fewer than 50 Board-Certified Prosthodontists in Massachusetts, she also holds the prestigious Diplomat of American Board of Prosthodontists and Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists (FACP) titles. Her excellence is further recognized with awards, including the High Clinical Performance Award and the American College of Prosthodontists Outstanding Undergraduate Achievement Award.

Education and Training

Dr. Kwak earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) and completed her postdoctoral specialty training in Prosthodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, laying a strong foundation for her expertise in restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

As the founder and lead Prosthodontist at Brookline Progressive Dental Team, Dr. Kwak guides the practice with unmatched skill. Her passion in dentistry and education allowed her to serve as an assistant clinical instructor in the Postgraduate Prosthodontics Program at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for many years. Dr. Kwak enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Rocky. She loves to travel and learn new cultures/food. She is an avid tennis player and her passion for tennis is as big as dentistry.
